Sikhami is primarily an aggregator platform. We do not sell courses directly and do not act as an intermediary for payments between students and institutes at this stage.
All course purchases made through our platform are directly between the student and the respective institute.
Sikhami does not charge students for accessing the platform or connecting with institutes.

2. Refunds for Students
Since Sikhami does not currently collect payments from students for courses or institute services, refunds are not applicable for transactions between students and institutes.
If you have made a payment directly to an institute, please contact the respective institute for any refund-related queries.

3. Refunds for Institutes
Institutes may be charged a consideration fee for certain premium services or features offered by Sikhami.
These services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds for Other Paid Services (If Applicable in the Future)
In the future, Sikhami may offer certain paid services directly to students or institutes, such as: premium content, marketing services, advanced platform tools.
For such services:
Payments made are generally non-refundable, as they relate to services already rendered.
In exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Sikhami.
