Sikhami was born from a simple yet powerful idea—creating a unified platform for all types of learning. At 22, Saurabh Khatri, the founder of Sikhami, recognized the challenges students and educators face in accessing and offering diverse educational resources. Whether it was live classes, recorded sessions, or professional courses, the need for a comprehensive platform was evident.

Driven by this vision, Saurabh taught himself website and app development, eventually launching the first version of Sikhami in 2019. However, like many startups, the journey was met with challenges. Financial constraints, technical limitations, and the pandemic forced the discontinuation of the initial apps.

Instead of giving up, Saurabh embraced these obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow. His experiences in marketing, branding, and user engagement reshaped his understanding of how to build a sustainable platform.

In 2022, Sikhami was reimagined with a renewed focus. It now combines the best of social networking and marketplaces for the education community. Where LinkedIn connects professionals and Amazon caters to commerce, Sikhami is the hub for learners, educators, and institutes to connect, collaborate, and grow.
