About this course

Harvard's CS50W picks up where CS50 leaves off and teaches you to design and build web applications with Python and JavaScript. Ten long lectures cover the full stack, from HTML and CSS to Django, SQL, testing and scaling. Who it's for: learners who know basic programming (for example after CS50x) and want to build real web apps. These are the free, official videos of the "CS50's Web Programming with Python and JavaScript (CS50W) 2020" playlist from the CS50 YouTube channel (youtube.com/@cs50). All videos belong to Harvard University's CS50; Sikhami is not affiliated with Harvard University's CS50 and simply arranges the public playlist into a course, so you can learn one lesson at a time and keep track of your progress.

What you will learn

• HTML and CSS for structuring and styling web pages • Git for version control • Python and the Django web framework • SQL, models and migrations for storing data • JavaScript and building interactive user interfaces • Testing, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) • Scalability and security of web applications
