Classplus vs Graphy vs Teachmint: How They Compare, and Where Sikhami Fits

Updated 18 October 2026 · Facts checked against the sources listed at the end

Classplus, Graphy and Teachmint are often compared, but they do different jobs. Classplus gives a coaching institute its own app, and asks you to book a demo for the price. Graphy is a platform for creators and educators who sell courses and more under their own brand. Its rupee plans start at Rs 24,999 per year, plus a fee on each sale. Teachmint calls itself a classroom technology company. It sells an interactive panel, has a teaching app, and lists a Free Plan for its Connected Classroom offering. Sikhami differs from all three: it is free, with no subscription, and learners can find you on it.

This page is for coaching institute owners, tutors and course creators who are choosing between them. It has one table of all four and a closer look at Classplus and Graphy. Then come where each one is strongest, who each one suits, and questions to ask before you pay.

The three platforms at a glance

Sikhami wrote this comparison, and we make Sikhami, so please read it with that in mind. We checked every detail about Classplus, Graphy and Teachmint on their own websites and Google Play listings on 18 October 2026. Prices and features change, so check them again before you decide. Classplus, Graphy and Teachmint are trademarks of their owners; Sikhami is not connected with any of them.

Classplus

Classplus says its platform lets coaching institutes have their own app. Its features page lists a store inside your app for selling courses, and live classes with automatic recordings. It also lists tests with automatic correction, unlimited video lectures, a marketing dashboard and your own website. We found no pricing page. Its pages offer a free demo instead.

Graphy

Graphy says it is built for creators, coaches and educators. You can sell courses, memberships, communities, coaching, webinars and digital products. Courses can hold video, audio, documents and quizzes, with progress tracking and certificates. Every plan includes an AI website builder, your own branded Android app and free custom domain support. Its security page lists DRM, anti-screen-recording, download controls and dynamic watermarking, at no extra cost.

Teachmint

Teachmint calls itself a classroom technology company. Its core offering is Teachmint X, an interactive panel with AI teaching tools, sold to institutions and registered businesses, not to individual consumers. Its Android app, Teachmint AI Connected Classes, offers live classes with video, chat and screen sharing, and recordings. It also has AI-made quizzes and homework, attendance and announcements. A plans page lists a Free Plan from 1 April 2025 and an Enterprise Plan through sales, with no prices shown.

Where each one is strongest

  • Classplus: an app in your coaching institute's own name, with a course store, live classes and tests inside it. Its blog also describes fee collection inside the app, with reminders and receipts.
  • Graphy: a full creator business under your own brand. It has a website builder, a branded app, many kinds of products and detailed content protection.
  • Teachmint: live and in-class teaching. It has a classroom panel, a live-class app and AI tools for homework and quizzes, plus products for schools.
  • Sikhami: starting free and being found by learners. It also runs classroom batches, attendance and fee receipts next to your video courses.

None of the four is right for everyone. The right fit depends on whether you need your own brand, live classes, video protection or new students most.

Who each one suits

  • A coaching institute with many students that wants its own app: look at Classplus and Graphy.
  • A creator who sells courses, memberships and webinars to buyers in India and abroad: look at Graphy, which offers country-specific pricing.
  • A school, or an institute that wants interactive panels in its classrooms: look at Teachmint.
  • An institute whose top worry is copying of its videos: compare Graphy's security page with what Classplus says in its demo. Sikhami has no DRM.
  • A tutor or small institute that wants to start free, get found by learners and keep classroom records: try Sikhami.

Sikhami is free to set up and use. It earns only when a learner buys something paid online, such as a video course, notes or a club. It keeps a share of that sale, and Google Play also takes its fee on purchases in the Android app. Before you save a price, Sikhami shows what you will receive per sale on the website and in the app. Classroom and batch fees are paid to you directly, and Sikhami takes nothing from them. See everything in Sikhami's free LMS.

How to try Sikhami next to any of them

You can keep your current platform and add Sikhami for one course or one batch. Nothing needs to move on day one.

Illustration: a fee plan in instalments, each payment with a receipt.
  1. Sign up on Sikhami, open Learning studio, choose New institute and then Create institute.
  2. In Details, add your logo, username, about section, email, phone, address and map location, so the institute can go live.
  3. On the website, add a video course under Courses, from uploaded videos or a YouTube playlist. Add tests and keep the certificate on.
  4. Under Batches, add a classroom batch with its weekly timetable and its students.
  5. Under Fees, give each student a fee plan, record payments and issue receipts.
  6. Share your institute page link, then check new enrolments in your course analytics.

Questions to ask before you pay for any platform

Ask every company the same questions, and get the answers in writing.

  1. What is the total cost for one year, including GST, transaction fees and payment gateway charges?
  2. Is there a free trial, and what happens to my content when it ends?
  3. Whose name is on the app in the Play Store and the App Store?
  4. Can I export my students, sales and test results if I leave?
  5. How are videos protected, and does that cost extra?
  6. Does it handle classroom batches, attendance and fee receipts, or only online courses?
  7. Will new learners find me there, or must I bring every student myself?

For one platform at a time, see our pages on a Classplus alternative, a Graphy alternative and a Teachmint alternative.

Good to know before you start

  • Sikhami does not give you your own app, your own web address or a website builder. Your institute and each course get a free public page on Sikhami.
  • Live classes are not hosted on Sikhami. Each batch keeps your Google Meet or Zoom link.
  • There is no DRM, download protection or screen-recording protection for videos.
  • The fee book records fees you collect yourself. Parents do not pay batch fees through Sikhami, and there are no fee reminders.
  • Students need a free Sikhami account, and parents do not have their own login.
  • Tests are multiple choice with one correct answer.
  • Video courses are created on the website. Batches, attendance, fees, your team and classroom courses also work in the Android app.
