Learnyst Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and a Free Option for Coaching Institutes
Updated 18 October 2026 · Facts checked against the sources listed at the end
Learnyst is a platform for coaching institutes and creators to sell courses, mock tests and live classes from their own website and apps. Its pricing page lists a Launcher plan at ₹10,000 a year plus 10% of sales, and subscription plans from ₹8,999 a month, plus taxes. Sikhami works differently. Setting it up is free, with no subscription. Learners can find your institute on it, but you do not get your own app or web address.
This page is for coaching institute owners and teachers in India who are looking at Learnyst. It sets out Learnyst's plans as its own site shows them and puts the two side by side. It then says honestly when each one fits better. It ends with questions to ask in a sales demo and Sikhami's own limits.

Its products include a course builder, batches or cohorts, a branded website, branded apps, communities, digital products and DRM content protection.

How Sikhami earns, in plain words: setting up and using Sikhami is free, with no subscription. Sikhami earns only when a learner buys something paid online, such as a video course or notes. It keeps a share of that sale, and Google Play also takes its fee on purchases in the Android app. When you type a price, Sikhami shows what you will receive per sale on the website and in the app, with a How button that shows the sum. Classroom and batch fees are paid to you directly, and Sikhami takes nothing from them.
When Learnyst is the better choice
Learnyst fits better in several clear cases.
- You want an app in your institute's own name. Learnyst offers a branded Android app on Premium, and Android and iOS apps on Business. Sikhami does not give you your own app.
- You want your own web address and a website you design. Learnyst has a website builder and custom domains. On Sikhami you get a free page, not your own domain.
- You run live classes and want them inside your platform, with Zoom integration and recordings added for students.
- You need content protection. Learnyst lists DRM on its subscription plans and offline download in the app from Premium. Sikhami has no DRM or download protection.
- You sell mock tests for competitive exams and need numerical or essay questions, test series and percentile ranks. Sikhami's tests are multiple choice with one correct answer.
- You want email, push and WhatsApp campaigns, referrals and affiliates in the same place as your courses.
When Sikhami is the better choice
- You want to start without a monthly or yearly fee. Setting up an institute on Sikhami is free, with no subscription and no trial that runs out.
- You teach mostly in a classroom. Batches, a weekly timetable, attendance, fee plans in instalments, a fee book and numbered receipts are all free.
- You want new learners to find you. Sikhami is a social network for learners. Your institute and each course get a public page, and signed-in learners can follow you, read reviews and ask questions.
- You list classroom courses. Learners apply and you confirm. The Face to face list shows classroom courses nearest first to learners who share their area.
- Your lectures are already on YouTube. A playlist can become a free course with tests and a certificate, and Re-sync brings in new videos.
- You have staff. Admin, teacher and accountant roles let each person do their part, while only you manage courses and earnings.

How to try Sikhami alongside Learnyst
You do not have to move everything at once. You can keep your current platform and try Sikhami with one batch or one free course.
- Sign up on Sikhami, open Learning studio and choose New institute.
- Type the institute name, pick what you teach, and choose Create institute. It is saved as a draft.
- In Details, add your logo, a username, an about section, your email and phone (each confirmed with a code), your full address and your location on the map. Your institute needs these before it can go live.
- Under Batches, create one batch with its weekly timetable, and add students by their Sikhami username.
- Under Fees, give each student a fee plan, and issue a receipt when they pay you.
- Under Courses, choose New course. Try a free course from a YouTube playlist, or list a face-to-face course that learners can apply to.
- Share your institute page on WhatsApp and see how learners respond.
Video courses are made on the website. Batches, attendance, fees, your team and classroom courses also work in the Android app.
