Most questions are answered in this Help Centre. When you need a person, write to Sikhami's support team at help@sikhami.com.

This article shows where to find help on the website and what to put in your email, so the team can help you on the first reply.

Start with the Help Centre

  • Open the Help Centre at any time. You do not need to be logged in.
  • Type a few words in the search box, for example "refund" or "private account", or browse the categories.
  • In the website menu, Help & support opens the Help Centre. On a computer it is under More at the bottom of the left menu; on a phone, open your profile and select ⋯.
  • Many screens have a Learn more link that opens the Help Centre article for that screen.

Write to support

Sikhami's support address is help@sikhami.com. Support is by email.

  • Report a problem: in the same menu as Help & support, select Report a problem. Your email app opens a new email to help@sikhami.com with the subject "Problem on sikhami.com". Write what happened and send it.
  • Your own email: you can also write to help@sikhami.com from any email app.

If possible, write from the email address on your Sikhami account. It helps the team find your account and check that it is yours.

What to put in your email

  • Your username, for example @your.name, and the email or phone number on your account.
  • What you were trying to do, and which page you were on. Copy the link from your browser's address bar.
  • The exact words of any error message or notice.
  • A screenshot, if you can.
  • Your device and browser, for example "Chrome on an Android phone" or "Edge on a Windows laptop".
  • For a payment problem: the date, the amount and the order or payment details from My orders and payments.

Never send your OTP, card number, CVV or bank passwords by email, to anyone.
