Saved and liked posts
Where to find the posts you saved with the bookmark and the posts you liked, what these lists show, and who can see them.
Updated 22 October 2026
Sikhami keeps two lists for you: Saved, the posts you marked with the bookmark, and Liked, the posts you liked with the heart. Use them to find a useful post again, such as notes on a topic or an answer you want to read later.
The website shows these two pages only to you.
Save a post and find it again
- Under any post, click the bookmark at the far right of the buttons. It fills in and you see "Saved".
- To see your saved posts, open More in the menu on the left (on a phone, tap the ⋯ on your own profile) and choose Saved.
- You can also open Settings & privacy and choose Saved posts, or go straight to the Saved page.
To take a post off the list, click its bookmark again, either on the Saved page or wherever you see the post.
Find the posts you liked
- Open More (on a phone, the ⋯ on your own profile) and choose Settings & privacy.
- Under Your activity, choose Liked posts.
- The Liked page lists the posts you liked.
To take a post off this list, click its heart to remove your like. See Likes, comments and replies.
What the lists show
| What | Saved | Liked |
|---|---|---|
| What is listed | Posts you saved with the bookmark | Posts you liked with the heart |
| Order | The most recently saved first | The most recently liked first |
| How many | Your 20 most recent saves | Your 20 most recent likes |
| Deleted posts | Left out | Left out |
| If empty | "Nothing saved yet." | "Posts you like will show up here." |
- Both lists can hold any kind of post: photo and video posts, text posts, polls, voice posts and reposts.
- You can like, comment, share, save and repost from these pages just as on Home.
- Clips are not listed on these pages. Saving a clip and voting on a clip happen in the clip player. See Watch clips.
The lists show your 20 most recent saves and likes. An older post is not lost: it just does not appear here. To keep an important post easy to find, remove saves you no longer need.
Who can see your saves and likes
- The website shows your Saved and Liked pages only to you. Other members cannot open your lists.
- When you save a post, its owner is not told. Their post insights show only the number of saves, not who saved.
- When you like a post, the owner gets a notification, and the like count goes up for everyone to see.
- People who follow you may see "Liked by" with your name under a post you liked.
Questions
I saved a post but it is not on my Saved page. Why?
The page shows your 20 most recent saves, and leaves out posts that have been deleted. If the owner deleted the post, it is gone.
Can I sort my saved posts into folders?
No. The website keeps one list of saved posts.
Does the person know I saved their post?
No. They only see how many people saved it.
Where are the clips I saved?
The Saved page lists posts only. Saved clips are not listed there.
How do I clear my Liked list?
Remove your like from each post by clicking its heart. There is no button to clear the whole list.
