Revenue dashboard and statements
Read the revenue charts on your Earnings page, see which of your products earn the most, and download a CSV statement of every sale for your accountant.
Updated 22 October 2026
Your Earnings page has a revenue dashboard. It shows how much you earned in a period, how it changed, which kinds of sales it came from and what fees were taken. You can download every sale in the period as a CSV file, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
Below the dashboard, tabs give you line-by-line statements: every money movement, your recent sales, and the tax taken in each quarter of the financial year.
Where to find it
Open Earnings. (From the menu: Settings & privacy, then Earnings in the Money group.) The dashboard is below your balance and your bank account.
Pick a period with the buttons at the top of the dashboard: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or All time. Every date uses India time (IST).
What the dashboard shows
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| You earned | Your share of the sales in the period, in large numbers. Next to it, the change in percent compared with the same length of time just before (not shown for All time). Below it: how much was collected from how many sales, and the dates. |
| Over time | A column chart of what you earned. For periods up to 90 days there is a column for each day that had sales; for 12 months and All time, a column for each month that had sales. It names your Best day or month. |
| Where it came from | The money collected for each kind of sale, with a bar and the number of sales: Super Chat, Memberships, Courses, Course bundles, Notes, Clubs, Meetups and Study rooms. Super Chat is split again into Live streams, Clips, Posts and Direct messages. |
| What happened to it | Collected from buyers, minus the Google Play fee (15% of sales made inside the Android app), minus the Sikhami fee (20% of what reaches Sikhami, GST included), which leaves Yours. |
Course sales say paid to the institute, not to you. They are shown so that you see all your sales in one place, but the money goes to your institute's balance. For the details of each fee, read What you earn on Sikhami.
The dashboard counts each sale on the day it was paid. It does not take off TDS, TCS or refunds. For what was actually paid to you, look at your payout statements; see Earnings and payouts. Money you spend on ads is never counted here.
Download a CSV statement
- On the dashboard, choose the period you want.
- Under Download this period, press Download CSV.
- Your browser saves a file named like sikhami-earnings-2026-09-23-to-2026-10-22.csv. A message tells you how many sales it holds.
- Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet program.
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Date (IST) | When the sale was paid, in India time. |
| Invoice | The buyer's invoice number. |
| Source | The kind of sale, such as Notes or Clubs. |
| Item | The name of what was sold. |
| Buyer | The buyer's name. |
| Paid via | Website or Android app. |
| Method | How the buyer paid, as the payment provider reported it. |
| Gross (INR) | What the buyer paid. |
| Google Play fee (INR) | Google's fee, for sales made inside the Android app. |
| Sikhami fee (INR) | Sikhami's fee, GST included. |
| You receive (INR) | Your share of the sale. |
| Payment ID | Sikhami's reference for the payment. |
- Amounts are plain numbers in rupees with two decimals, without the ₹ sign, so the spreadsheet can add them up. On every line, Gross minus both fees equals You receive.
- The newest sales come first. One download holds up to 5,000 sales. If the period has more, the message says it downloaded only the most recent ones; choose a shorter period for the rest.
- If nothing was sold in the period, you see "Nothing was sold in this period." and no file is made.
- The file lists sales as they were paid. It has no column for refunds, TDS or TCS.
- For a course with co-teachers, You receive includes the co-teachers' shares. Their shares are taken off later and appear in your statements.
- You can only download your own sales.
The statement tabs
Where your money came from
Every money movement on your account, line by line, newest first, 50 at a time. Press Show older lines to see more. A plus sign is money owed to you; a minus sign is money taken off. Each line has a date and, where it applies, the item's name.
The kinds of line are: Sale, Google Play fee, Sikhami fee (incl. GST), Co-teacher share, TDS 194-O, GST TCS, Refund, Tax reversed, Payout, Payout returned and Adjustment. A sale still in the 7-day refund hold shows the date it becomes available.
Sales
A table of your most recent sales, with Date, Item, Buyer, Paid, Fees, Yours and Invoice. A refunded sale has a Refunded or Partly refunded tag with the amount. Tap the invoice number to open the invoice. This table shows your 20 latest sales; for a full list, download the CSV.
Payouts, TDS and TCS, Commission invoices
The Payouts tab is explained in Earnings and payouts. The TDS and TCS and Commission invoices tabs are explained in Taxes on your sales.
Financial years and quarters
Sikhami's tax figures follow the Indian financial year, which runs from 1 April to 31 March, in India time. A year is written like FY 2026-27.
| Quarter | Months |
|---|---|
| Q1 | April to June |
| Q2 | July to September |
| Q3 | October to December |
| Q4 | January to March |
The TDS and TCS tab shows these four quarters for the year you pick: this year or one of the two before it. Buyer invoice numbers also carry the year, for example SKM/26-27/000123 for a sale in FY 2026-27.
The revenue dashboard does not use financial years. To get a statement for a financial year or a quarter, add up the CSV files for those months, or choose 12 months or All time and filter the dates in your spreadsheet.
Questions
Why does the dashboard show more than I was paid?
The dashboard shows your share of each sale on the day it was paid. TDS, TCS and refunds come off later, and payouts are made weekly after the 7-day refund hold. Your payout statements show what was actually paid.
Can I download more than 5,000 sales at once?
No. Download shorter periods one after another; each file holds up to 5,000 sales.
Why does a course sale say "paid to the institute, not to you"?
Video courses are sold by an institute, so their money goes to the institute's balance. As the owner, you still see those sales on your dashboard.
Which time zone do the dates use?
India time (IST), on the dashboard, in the CSV file and in the tax quarters.
Does the CSV show refunds?
No. It lists sales as they were paid. Refunds show as tags in the Sales tab and as Refund lines in Where your money came from.
Can I download the TDS and TCS table?
There is no download button for that table. The amounts are also on each payout statement and in the Where your money came from tab.
