My orders
Find your course applications, the notes you bought and every payment you made on Sikhami, and learn what each order status means.
Updated 22 October 2026
My orders keeps a list of what you have applied for or bought on Sikhami. It has three tabs: Courses for course applications and paid courses, Study materials for notes, and Payments for everything you paid for online, with the invoices.
Only you can see your orders. The institute or seller sees the orders and payments made for their own items.
Where to find it
Open Settings & privacy: on a computer from More at the bottom of the left menu, on a phone from the ⋯ on your profile. In the Money group, choose My orders and payments. You can also go straight to My orders.
The page is called My orders. Choose a tab at the top: Courses, Study materials or Payments. Each tab shows your 20 most recent items, newest first.
Courses and Study materials
The Courses tab lists:
- Your applications to classroom courses. You apply on Sikhami, and the institute confirms your seat and collects the fee directly.
- Video courses you bought online. These are confirmed at once.
The Study materials tab lists the notes you bought. Notes you downloaded in the Android app are listed here too.
Each row shows the course picture (for courses), the name, the status, the order number (starting with #), the date and time, and the amount.
Order statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your application is with the institute. They will contact you to confirm the seat. You can cancel it until then. |
| Confirmed | You are enrolled. For a video course, the lectures are in My learning. For a classroom course, contact the institute for classes, timings and fee payment. |
| Not accepted | The institute could not accept your application. You can contact them for details. |
| Cancelled | The application was cancelled. You can apply again from the course page. |
Open an order
Tap a row to open its Order summary. It shows:
- The order number and status, and when you applied, and when it was confirmed or cancelled.
- The course or notes. Tap it to open the course page or the notes.
- Start learning, for a confirmed video course.
- View invoice, if you paid online.
- The institute, the amount, and your Contact details (your name and phone number, which the institute uses to reach you).
- A Need help? box that explains the current status.
Cancel an application
- Open the order. It must be Pending.
- In the Need help? box, press Cancel application.
- In the window Cancel this application?, press Cancel application again. To go back without cancelling, press Keep it.
The institute will no longer see your application. You can apply again later.
Remove an order from your list
A Cancelled or Not accepted order has a bin button (Remove from list). Press it and confirm with Remove. The order disappears from your list only; the institute still has it.
The Payments tab
The Payments tab lists every online payment that went through, on the website or in the Android app. Each row shows:
- The name of what you paid for, its type (for example Club or Notes), the date and the seller.
- The amount you paid.
- An Invoice link. See Invoices and receipts.
- If the payment was refunded, a Refunded or Partly refunded tag with the amount, and a Credit note link once the refund is processed.
Tap the name to open the item: the course, notes, club, meetup or study room. Payments for ads open the Ads Manager. A Super Chat has no page of its own, so its row only has the invoice.
Payments that failed or were cancelled are not listed. Clubs, meetups, study rooms and memberships do not create an order in the other tabs; their payments are listed only here.
Common problems
- I paid but see no order. Look in the Payments tab. If it is not there either, the payment did not go through; see How to pay.
- My application has been Pending for a long time. The institute decides. Contact them from the institute card in the order, or cancel and apply elsewhere.
- I cannot find an old payment. Each tab shows your 20 most recent items. Write to help@sikhami.com if you need an older invoice.
Questions
Why can I not cancel my order?
Only a Pending application can be cancelled. Paid courses and notes are confirmed at once. To ask for money back, read Refunds.
Does removing an order delete it?
No. It only hides the order from your list. The institute still has it.
Where do I see my club or meetup payment?
On the Payments tab. Clubs, meetups, study rooms and memberships are not listed in the Courses or Study materials tabs.
Who can see my orders?
Only you. The institute or seller sees the orders and payments for their own items, with your name and contact details.
Where do I start the lectures of a course I bought?
Open the order and press Start learning, or go to My learning.
