Sikhami LMS

Sikhami LMS is where you run your institute or your own classes: courses, batches, attendance, fees, your team and your public page, in one workspace. How to open it, set it up and get live.

Updated 6 November 2026

Sikhami LMS is your workspace for teaching on Sikhami. Each institute you run has its own workspace, with a menu for its courses, batches, students, fees, team and page.

It replaced the Learning studio on 6 November 2026. Everything that was there is in Sikhami LMS, and links to the old Learning studio open Sikhami LMS. You use your normal Sikhami account; there is nothing separate to sign up for.

Open Sikhami LMS

  • On a computer: in the menu on the left, click More. Under Your studios, click Sikhami LMS.
  • On a phone: open the Profile tab and tap ⋯ to open Settings and activity. Then tap Sikhami LMS.
  • The Settings page also has a Sikhami LMS row.

Direct link: Sikhami LMS. To read what it includes before you start, see sikhami.com/lms.

The Sikhami LMS page

The first page lists everything you teach with, in three tabs. New institute at the top right sets up another one.

TabWhat it lists
My institutesInstitutes you own, and institutes whose team you are on, with your role. Click one to open its workspace.
My coursesEvery course you own, under any of your institutes, and the courses you co-teach (marked You co-teach).
My teacher profileYour one teacher profile, or a button to create it. See Teacher profile.

Set up your institute

  1. Click New institute. If you have none yet, the page shows Set up your institute instead.
  2. Type the name of your institute or classes. If you teach on your own, your own name works.
  3. Choose how you teach: Online, In person or Both.
  4. Optionally choose up to 10 topics under What do you teach?.
  5. Click Create my workspace.

The institute starts as a draft: nobody sees it until you publish it. For every field you can fill in, see Create an institute.

Get your institute live

Until your first course is published, the Dashboard of your workspace shows a checklist with a bar of how much is done. The current step has a button that takes you straight to it.

  1. Keep your account: only for a guest account. Add Google or your phone number, so you can log in again and never lose the institute.
  2. Complete your institute profile: it names what is still needed, such as the logo, about, email or phone.
  3. Publish your institute.
  4. Add your first course: a video course (upload videos or import a YouTube playlist) or a face-to-face classroom course.
  5. Publish a course: it names what the course still needs.

When every step is done, the checklist turns into Your institute is live. with a Share button for your page.

An institute that teaches only online needs no street address or map point. Set Mode to Online when you set it up, or later in Details.

Your institute's workspace

On a computer the menu runs down the left; on a phone the sections are a row of buttons at the top. The institute's name heads the menu: click it to switch to another institute, go back to the Sikhami LMS page, or set up another institute.

What your staff see

People you add under Team find your institute in their own Sikhami LMS, under My institutes, with their role. Their menu shows only their part:

  • Admin: Dashboard, Batches (with editing), Fees and Team.
  • Teacher: Dashboard, Batches (their timetable and attendance) and Team.
  • Accountant: Dashboard, Batches, Fees and Team.

Courses, Online students, Earnings, Promote, Details and Account stay with the owner.

Free and Pro

Courses, batches, attendance, the fee book, your team and your public page are free. When you sell a course online, Sikhami keeps a share of that sale (see What you earn on Sikhami). Sikhami Ads are paid from your ad balance.

Sikhami LMS Pro is coming soon. It will add messages to your students by email, SMS and WhatsApp, automatic reminders, admissions follow-ups, Facebook, Instagram and Google ads from your own accounts, and your own web address. It is not available yet.

Questions

Where did the Learning studio go?

It became Sikhami LMS on 6 November 2026. Your institutes, courses and teacher profile are all there, and the old links open it.

Do I need a new account for Sikhami LMS?

No. Use your normal Sikhami account, on the website or in the Android app.

I teach alone. Do I need an institute?

To sell your own courses, yes: courses always live under an institute, and an institute is free. Use your own name as its name.

Can I run more than one institute?

Yes. Click New institute on the Sikhami LMS page. Switch between them from the name at the top of the menu.

Is Sikhami LMS free?

Yes, everything it does today is free. Sikhami keeps a share only of course sales made online, and Sikhami Ads cost what you spend on them.
